Sarah has always had a passion to help others. She initially discovered the practice of yoga while in college studying for her Bachelors in Social Work. Sarah felt how influential connecting with her breath and physical body was for her mental state; since that moment, she knew she needed to share the gift of yoga through teaching. Sarah feels that when we take the time to get quiet, and bring our minds into stillness, that we can tap into that place of deeper knowing and promote inner healing. In Sarah's classes she aims to create a safe space for her students to get to know themselves more fully, by teaching with intention, and with an alignment focus.
Since graduating from YTT, in 2016, Sarah has taken continuing education courses in both yoga and Ayurveda. Sarah has also gone on to become an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach.
Sarah teaches Gentle Yoga on Tuesdays at 7:30PM
