Free Online Restorative Yoga Class

Embrace serenity this holiday season with a free Restorative Yoga class.  This is my way of saying thank you to this community and supporting anyone feeling stressed or overwhelmed right now.

Restorative Yoga invites you to slow down and soften. Each pose is held for several minutes with the support of cozy props, allowing your body to unwind and release built-up tension. I’ll also integrate gentle energy guidance and somatic awareness to help you clear what feels heavy, reconnect with yourself, and find clarity during a busy season.

This class is your invitation to pause, breathe, and return to a grounded sense of peace. Give yourself the gift of stillness, spaciousness, and renewal. You deserve it.

Celebrate the new year in community as we tap into our intuition.  Winter invites us to slow down, turn inward, and listen deeply. In this circle, we’ll reflect on the past year and explore what we most need in the year ahead.  Through meditation and journaling, we will explore our needs for the coming year and set powerful intentions that may surprise you!

Learn more about Women's Circles. For centuries, women have gathered to share wisdom, process emotions, and support one another—connection we need now more than ever. This circle offers a sacred pause, blending breath work, meditation, journaling, and slow movement around a monthly theme. We begin with introductions, followed by guided practices, heartfelt sharing, and a nourishing snack prepared with intention. You’ll leave feeling seen, supported, and equipped with practical tools to integrate the theme into your daily life.
