We invite you to step away from the hustle and sink into a sanctuary of softness, connection, and renewal. This women's-only retreat is designed to honor the wisdom of winter and its natural rhythm. Instead of pushing productivity or chasing goals, we will embrace spaciousness. We will breathe. We will soften. We will rest.
Think of this retreat as being wrapped in a warm blanket on a snowy morning—quiet, cozy, nourishing. It’s a moment to refill your cup, reconnect to yourself, and gently dream into what you want to welcome in the spring.
And to sprinkle a little joy into our day, each participant will receive a playful, lighthearted winter-inspired portrait session—your reminder that even in the quiet seasons, your magic still shines.

Fertility Support Workshop
Supporting Fertility Through the Mind–Body Connection
Hosts: DeAnna Houston
A fertility journey is more than a medical experience. It’s emotional, physical, and deeply personal.
This 2-hour workshop is designed to support individuals navigating fertility challenges through gentle, grounding practices that calm the nervous system and create space for connection.
Led by fertility yoga and somatic practitioner DeAnna Houston, this workshop blends slow, accessible movement, breathwork, and body-based awareness to help participants feel more supported, regulated, and less alone on their journey.
Participants will:

No yoga or prior experience is required. All practices are optional and adaptable.

Theme: Creating Clarity Around What We Carry
Women are naturally empathic beings, often holding the tasks, emotions, and needs of both ourselves and others. Over time, this mental and emotional load can become heavy, especially during the quiet energy of winter.
As we continue to hibernate this season, this women’s circle offers space to pause and gently evaluate what we’re carrying. Together, we’ll explore what truly feels like a priority and what may be ready to be released.
Through guided discussion, reflective journaling, and gentle energy clearing, you’ll be supported in creating more clarity, so you can move through the rest of winter feeling more aligned.

Please join Dr. Christina Brooks, Psychologist, specializing in anxiety disorders and OCD and DeAnna Houston, Somatic Experiencing® Facilitator, for a very special Women’s Circle dedicated to understanding what fuels our thought patterns.
In this supportive space, we will explore how our beliefs shape the inner voice, and how that voice can sometimes contribute to feelings of anxiety, unworthiness, or self-doubt. Through education and self reflection, we’ll begin to understand why we behave the way we do.
