This partnership provides an opportunity to co-host a three-part yoga and wellness series designed to nurture women’s body, mind, and spirit.
This dynamic and transformative class guides participants through energy-cleansing kriyas, empowering yoga flows, and energetic cleansing practices to align their inner and outer energy.

Join us for a women’s circle designed to support you in moving through the energy of summer with intention and balance.
Summer is a season of joy in which Yang energy is naturally high. This energy invites us outward through gatherings and movement, yet when this becomes excessive, it can leave us feeling overstimulated, anxious, or ungrounded.
In this circle, we will explore how to stay rooted while fully receiving the beauty of summer. Drawing from ancient rituals and seasonal awareness, we’ll explore practices that support the body and nervous system.
You’ll leave with a set of practical, meaningful tools to help you stay steady and grounded, so you can experience summer not as overwhelming, but as deeply supportive and joyful.
Learn more about Women's Circles. For centuries, women have gathered to share wisdom, process emotions, and support one another—connection we need now more than ever. This circle offers a sacred pause, blending breath work, meditation, journaling, and slow movement around a monthly theme. We begin with introductions, followed by guided practices, heartfelt sharing, and a nourishing snack prepared with intention. You’ll leave feeling seen, supported, and equipped with practical tools to integrate the theme into your daily life.
