A free 30 minute guided meditation class. We'll be using our breath, body, mantras and visualizations as focal points to anchor us to the present moment.
The class is accessible for all levels of practitioners.

Gather any props before class. I recommend a blanket, cushion or towel to sit on, or cushions or pillows if laying down.
You will be automatically muted. If you need to speak, click the microphone icon to un-mute.
