This is a non-heated class that focuses on core asanas (postures) and the foundations of pranayama (breathwork) through a gently guided approach.
Students learn proper alignment, where to focus effort, and where to find release. This is a good choice for beginners, yet great for all levels. A strong yoga practice begins with a sturdy foundation. This class can fine-tune even an advanced practitioner.
