This class provides a space to connect with other moms. Whether you are 6 weeks or 6 year postpartum, this practice is for you.
The physical practice consists of poses to build strength and stability, plus abdominal and pelvic floor breath-work to rehab our new bodies.
Classes are open to all mamas, after any kind of birth.
