I didn’t come to yoga and energy healing because my life was easy.

I came to it because I was suffering. I was lost in patterns that weren’t serving me, struggling with depression, anxiety, and numbing with unhealthy behaviors.
I knew I needed something different. Yoga was my first step toward healing, offering me a healthier way to elevate my mood and regulate.
But my sensitivity to energy has always been with me. Since childhood, I could feel the energy in a room, sense spirits, and pick up on emotions that weren’t my own. For a long time, this sensitivity felt overwhelming, even frightening.
As an adult, the intensity grew, and I didn’t know how to manage it.
It wasn’t until I found teachers to help me feel safe with the energy around me that I began to embrace my gift rather than fear it.
