Presence is a gift that allows us to fully immerse in everyday joys, release stress, and moves out of our heads and into our bodies.  


Being present has helped me release trauma, find strength in difficult moments, and become happier within. 


Through my yoga and meditation classes, I strive to create a safe space so we may feel peace on and off the mat.
